On my latest live episode of "The Second Talk", my guest and friend, Veronica Jeans, aka eCommerce Queen, joined me to talk the realities of hot flashes.

They may not be fun, but we always have fun. Conversations like this should be normalized which is why I started this show. It can feel very lonely out there when you do not understand what is happening to your body. If you don't have someone to talk with about it, consider me that person. I am that wild wacky friend willing to chat about almost anything and Google everything.

I remember how lost I felt as a mom in a new city. I didn't have anyone to talk to about my Mommy doubts and fears. Finding a community online changed everything for me. Why can't we do that for perimenopause and menopause? Any part I can play in that, I am happy to do so.
