Day 2: Packing Up

We are in the last steps of packing our worldly possessions so that we may hit the open road. With every pound counting when hauled, we have to get rid of or pack away what isn't riding. Despite the rain and my sinuses, we were hard at it.

As soon as we can make sense of it all, we will be on our way. Just one of the many things that have to be done to begin a year on the road. It’s amazing after months of culling, decluttering, and packing that there is any left. But we are almost there and ready to roll.

Downsizing has been hard, but I do feel lighter.
