Get Your Hair Wet | Be Visible & Live Fully

See this girl? 12 years ago, she wasn’t very visible. But, she got some very good advice from Meredith Walker of @amypoehlersmartgirls . She told me to get my hair wet, in other words, live life to the fullest, and stop worrying about how I looked doing it.

Ironically, learning to stop worrying about how I looked gave me freedom to be seen. Slowly, over the last years, I started embracing myself with wet hair days, bad hair days, and all the other days.

With that, I became visible in a life I once disappeared in. So, in the spirit of paying it forward, I ask that you do the same.
