Andale: Buffalo's Mexican Cantina -- The ABCs of a Great Girl's Lunch Out

My girlfriend, Abbey of Prosecco 'n Pilates, invited me out for a Mexican lunch. Being from Texas, it is one of the things I miss the most. I had yet to find a place to fill the void.

Yet.

We visited Andale Cantina.

While the decor is a neat fusion of Mexican and Indian, the food is all Mexican. In fact, the manager pointed out that the chef was from Mexico, so yeah.. authentic.

And all delicious.

Oh, and the customizable mojitos, the Wednesday special, are delicious. The margaritas met the Texas standard, as well.
